1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Octoproof ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Octoproof is a digital product that transforms app ideas into short demo videos. Users provide a text description of their application; the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate UI mockup screens and assembles them into a video with a professional voiceover.

The Service is provided "as is." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment and Refunds

Certain features of the Service require payment. All prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.

Video Credits: Purchased video credits are non-expiring but non-transferable. Each successful video generation consumes one credit.

Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your generated video, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Credits for videos that have already been generated are generally non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original app description you submit. The generated videos, mockups, and voiceovers are licensed to you for personal and commercial use once delivered.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Octoproof platform itself. The Octoproof name, logo, and brand assets are our exclusive property.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Octoproof and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
