  • Content you submit: App descriptions and voiceover scripts you provide to generate videos.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed by Lemon Squeezy (we do not store card numbers).
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Process your video generation requests
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, video delivery)
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to deliver the Service:

  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing. Your payment data is subject to their privacy policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — AI prompt generation. App descriptions you submit are processed by Anthropic to generate UI prompts.
  • ElevenLabs — voiceover generation. Voiceover scripts are sent to ElevenLabs to produce audio.
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to certain types of data processing.
